Paramount Behavioral Services, Inc. offers in house and on the job trainings for MHRT/1 and MHRT/C employees.

Job duties include supporting individuals in becoming independent by developing necessary life skills from caring staff. These skills include learning how to cope and manage mental health symptoms, maintaining a healthy and safe living environment, and engaging in social connectedness.
