Great day working on a Viking grill in Boston. Check out that highway 🙄. Ok, here’s a better city picture but without a grill 😭

We get asked a lot what’s the best grill brush. I haven’t tried all of them, but the simple wood handle stainless steel bristle brush from Weber is my favorite. I always brush the cooking grates before grilling and after, and the grates stay nice and clean. You don’t need to use a lot of pressure when the grates are warm. The bush will last longer too. You can wipe grates with a paper towel so no bristles are left behind, especially if you have a brass bristle brush (don’t buy them). If your brush gets greasy, soak it in hot soapy water and blast the hell out of it with a pressure washer. A hose will work, too 🙂.
