Today’s focus: pet odor remediation.
After removing contaminated materials, the next step is treating the concrete itself. We’re applying an enzyme-based treatment designed to break down odor-causing organic matter deep within the concrete, not just cover up the smell.
Every project is different, but proper preparation and treatment are key when dealing with long-term pet odors. Looking forward to seeing the results as the process continues.

Final stop of the day: Watertown, CT.
Out here pulling an ITEL report as part of the insurance restoration process. An ITEL report helps identify existing materials and products so repairs or replacements can be matched as closely as possible when a claim is being handled.
From remodeling in New Milford, painting in Brookfield, waterproofing at our new construction project, and now Watertown, it’s been a busy day covering a lot of ground across Connecticut. On to the next one.

Back at our foundation project today as we continue moving this new home forward.
Today’s focus is on the waterproofing phase, an important step before backfilling and continuing construction. Every stage of the process matters, and taking the time to do it right helps create a solid foundation for everything that follows.
It’s always exciting to see a project progress from the ground up, and we’re looking forward to the next phases as this new home continues to take shape.
