The compliment that means the most to me is simple.
“My hair has never looked like this before.”
Over the years I’ve realized that one of my greatest strengths is truly listening to people.
Not just hearing what they say they want, but understanding their hair, their lifestyle, and what’s actually achievable.
But listening alone isn’t enough.
I can listen all day long, but if I don’t know how to execute, none of it matters.
That’s why continuing education has always been non negotiable for me.
When listening and knowledge come together, the results speak for themselves.
And that’s when clients say the words that make it all worth it.
