This customer had the old floor bucket from water damage coming from the crawl space. The original plan was to find the same or similar flooring to relay after replacing the partical board sub floor with construction grade subfloor. After tearing into the flooring come to find out all of the subfloor had mold and need to be replaced. We contacted a mold remediation company that ended up having to treat and seal the crawl space. Before we could relay the subfloor, the LVP flooring, replace baseboards and casing. While also adding a crawl space access and outlet for commercial humidifier for the crawl space. Its amazing how something so seemily small could turn into 3 different contractors and a much longer process than originally anticipated. Turned out great though!
