Throughout this week, we will be closely monitoring the weather conditions to ensure everyone's safety and preparedness for any significant changes.

Particular attention will be given to Friday, as forecasts indicate that daytime temperatures are expected to drop below -28 degrees. In addition, the evening is projected to be even colder, presenting potentially challenging conditions.

By staying vigilant and informed about the weather, we can take appropriate measures as necessary, especially as the coldest temperatures approach.

Please do not wait to send us your service requests, if you have a deadline on Friday the 23rd, as they may not get served.

If you file for a hearing, please take into account that we most likely will not be able to serve it on Friday. Any requests for service received on Friday, will be out for service on Monday, January 26th.

Just a friendly reminder: We will be closing on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 2:00pm, and will reopen on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 9am.

Effective January 1, 2025 we will be changing the billing date that we run credit cards for our clients that have payments setup with automatic payments. All accounts will be run every Friday (Thursday if there is a holiday on Friday) instead of twice a month. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you wish to change your account payments to another form, please contact the office.
