Thunderstorms are likely to develop this afternoon across parts of eastern Missouri into Illinois. Some of the storms may be capable of producing damaging winds, large hail, and a tornado or two. The showers from this morning will delay the onset of afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Another round of storms is expected to move into central Missouri this evening and continue east through the night. These storms will also be capable of producing damaging winds and large hail.
