Everyone who attended this month’s Stories & Slices had a great time hearing Evan Wolkenstein share his story and how he incorporated his real life with his fantastic novel, Turtle Boy.

Great 1st meeting of Stories and Slices! At our next meeting, we will be zooming with illustrator Vanessa Truong and talking about "The Awakening Storm."

We had a great time talking with author Rob Harrell yesterday! Looking forward to reading "The Blackbird Girls" and chatting with author Anne Blankman in October!
