Meet the Team: Amber!

This August, Amber celebrates an incredible 20 years of service at Harmony Waterloo! Her journey began as a CNA and, through dedication, compassion, and hard work, she advanced to LPN, Assistant Director of Nursing, and now Director of Nursing.

With two decades of experience in long-term care, Amber is passionate about supporting residents, mentoring staff, and creating a culture where everyone feels valued and respected. She leads with both heart and accountability, always striving to provide the highest quality of care for residents and their families.

When she's not at work, Amber enjoys spending time with her children, Kadence and Michael, and her beloved French Bulldog, Luna.
