Sorry Roane, you're not the exception to that either. You just happened to land in a spot where everyone wants to show you the love they have to give. 💓

New Chapters, New Names. 🐴✨

When a horse arrives at Lucky Clover Rescue, they often receive a new name to go with their new beginning. While some of their previous names fit them perfectly and stay, many arrive carrying a past we'd rather see them leave behind.

A new name doesn't erase their history, but it symbolizes a fresh start, a chance to write a different story filled with safety, care, and kindness. It's the first page of a new chapter where they are no longer defined by neglect, uncertainty, or hardship, but by the life they have ahead of them.

Each name is chosen with hope for the future and a reminder that every horse deserves the opportunity to start again. 💚🍀

🇺🇸 Happy Fourth of July from all of us at Lucky Clover Rescue! 🇺🇸

If you ask us, the best way to celebrate America is with unlimited hay, fresh water, a good roll in the dirt, and absolutely no surprise explosions in the sky. We don't make the rules... we just think they're pretty solid.

While the humans are busy grilling and celebrating, we'll be over here perfecting our grazing technique, judging everyone's life choices, and hoping someone accidentally drops us an extra carrot.
