We just want to take a minute to recognize our Chief and the huge impact he’s had on making cops better at what they do. Alongside Matt Lechelt from the Edison Police Department, they’ve been the catalyst behind the training and development of thousands of police officers, and because of that, more officers are making it home safe at the end of the day.

The way our Chief has pushed training, mindset, and professionalism has changed the job for a lot of people. He’s raised the standard and made a real difference, not just in our department, but across the profession.
