🍎 Introducing the APEX Back to School Tree! 🚌
This school year, we're inviting our community to come together and help students head back to the classroom feeling confident, prepared, and excited.
📚 Need a little extra help this school year? Applications are now open for elementary through high school students!

Application Dates: 📝 July 1 – July 17
Beginning July 18, approved student tags will be placed on our Back to School Tree inside APEX Chiropractic.

Community members, patients, friends, families, and local businesses are invited to stop by, choose a tag, and sponsor a student by purchasing the requested school supplies and/or clothing items.

Donation Return Deadline: 🎒 All sponsored items must be returned to APEX by August 10 so families have time to pick everything up before the first day of school.

At APEX, we believe strong communities are built through small acts of kindness. Whether you're applying for assistance or sponsoring a student, you're helping create a school year that begins with encouragement, confidence, and a reminder that our community cares.
