I made it for myself. As a way to remember that I’m a creature and need consistent care, too.

As I prepare for the Oat Marrow launch this week, I’m trying to remember that nourishment isn’t just something I make.

It’s something I need.

So this week I’m prioritizing:

• restorative rest
• sunshine on bare feet
• the slow return of appetite
• mineral-rich water
• deep sleep
• lingering longer

Not because it makes me more productive.

Because a body is not a machine.

And Oat Marrow was never really about oats, vanilla, or candles.

Trying to nourish the creature before asking anything of her.
