Some great developmental sparring last Saturday at Mark’s Boxing Gym 👍.

For MBG members and personal boxing training clients I have started Saturday developmental sparring at 1pm. We had a great 1st Saturday with Stephen, Kirell, Coa and Canyon. A confident fighter is a fighter with solid defensive skills from which we can launch our offense.
