We are SO excited to announce that our own Miss Alaska for America Strong Regina Catherine MacDonald (Welch) will be joining us for Capstone's 2nd Annual Halloween Family Fun Night - THIS Sunday, October 13th! We are also thrilled to highlight Regina and the philanthropic work she does here in Alaska.

Regina Welch, Miss Alaska for America Strong is an advocate for Drug Prevention and Rehabilitation. For the last 4 years, she has worked hand in hand, with the Christopher Walden House of Hope, which is a non-profit that was created in memory of her good friend Christopher, who lost his battle to addiction 5 years ago. In the last 4 years they have raised 2 million dollars, opened two rehab facilities with 58 beds in total, and the Christopher Walden School for Hope, in Anchorage. She works with youth to spread the word about the dangers of drugs, specifically Fentanyl.

Don't forget to bring one non-perishable food item per person for entry to benefit the Mat-Su Food MATSU Food Bank!
