Nineveh was a place where no reasonable God would go. But being reasonable has nothing to do with it. Our God has a heart bigger than all our “reasonable” calculations. He loves the city and his heart goes out to those who want nothing to do with him.

In this life there are many roads a person may travel, but only one leads to heaven. The road to heaven starts at Calvary. Just keep walking in the blood‐stained path of the crucified Savior and that road will take you safely home at last.

We can dream so much about tomorrow that we neglect to do the small things we ought to do today.
