👁️ Getting ready for your eye exam? A little prep goes a long way!

Bringing the right items to your appointment helps us keep things running smoothly and ensures you get the most accurate results possible.

Here’s what to bring with you:

✔️ A valid photo ID
This helps us verify your information and check you in quickly.

✔️ Your medical insurance card
Even routine eye exams can involve medical testing, so this is important to have on hand.

✔️ Vision insurance information (if applicable)
Many vision plans don’t provide a physical card, so don’t worry if you don’t have one—just let us know your provider and we can help look it up.

✔️ Your current glasses
Even if you feel like your vision hasn’t changed, your doctor can compare your current prescription and make sure everything is still working well for you.

✔️ Contact lens wearers (especially new patients)
If you’re new to our office, bringing your previous contact lens prescription is extremely helpful! It gives us a starting point and can make your fitting process quicker and more accurate.
