Healed-ish

✨A year ago, 🎙️Healed-ish was literally just me sitting in my basement talking into my phone because I needed somewhere to put my thoughts, emotions, confusion, healing, humor… all of it. 😭

I wasn’t trying to build a brand.
I wasn’t trying to become a podcaster.
I was just trying to breathe again, honestly.

And somehow… one year later… Healed-ish has turned into this whole living thing alongside me.

That’s the crazy part.

Because while this platform was growing, so was I.

I went from isolation, heartbreak, survival mode, and trying to figure out who I even was anymore…

to turning 50, leaving my job, rebuilding my life, traveling solo internationally, creating again, laughing again, living again.

Whew 😭

I’m really proud of myself.
Not because everything is perfect, but because I kept going.
I kept choosing me.
I kept showing up.

And to everybody who’s listened, supported, shared an episode, sent a message, laughed with me, cried with me, or just quietly related… thank you ❤️
