Does anyone remember back to the early 1980's when our remarkable Pasta Mamma Sisters-in-law Carolina and Elena (on left) from Italy ruled our Pasta Window and insisted on mixing their own pasta dough by hand!!!
They had made pasta by hand all of their life and took their job very seriously. It was so refreshing.
Our beloved Elena has just passed away after being retired for many years. We shall miss her but she filled our hearts with memories that will never leave us. Perhaps she will bring the same kind of joy and fond memories to those in the next life!
