This has been one of the hardest months of my life.
I’ve been navigating loss, reflection, and the kind of emotional weight that’s hard to put into words. Some days have been quiet. Some loud. Most are just tender.

Grief shows up in so many ways—not just in losing someone but in the pieces of ourselves we’ve had to let go of, the chapters that ended before we were ready, or the dreams we had to rewrite.

I’m learning that honoring the past doesn’t mean getting stuck there.
It means listening closely, choosing what to carry forward, and giving ourselves permission to still believe.

“Your story still matters—even when it feels too hard to tell.”

If you're grieving, missing someone, or just trying to make sense of things, you're not alone.
And I hope this space allows us all to remember what matters and to heal a little, together.
