Bluemont Connection, Haute Factory Racing, MABRA Women

The first of two 2026 Church Creek Time Trial events is Saturday, June 27, 2026 in Cambridge, MD. The Church Creek Time Trials are also part of the Mid Atlantic Time Trial Series (MATTS) and the Paracycle Race Series. The course is smooth, flat, fast, scenic, and well marked with a wide shoulder available on most of it.

Church Creek offers a range of categories:

20 km Individual Time Trial – Juniors 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18, Masters Men and Masters Women 65+, 70+, 75+.

40 km Individual Time Trial – Masters Men and Masters Women 35+, 45+, 55+, Mens and Womens Cat. 1/2/3, Cat. 3, Cat. 4 Aero, Cat. 4 Non-aero, Cat. 5 Aero, and Cat. 5 Non-aero.

40 km Team Time Trial Mixed Gender – teams consist of 1 man and 1 woman.

Para Cycling Open – men and women will compete against each other in a single field.

Para Handcycle and Physical Disability – separate men and women fields.

Event #3 in the 2026 MABRA Road Series, the 31st Annual Carl Dolan Memorial Spring Classic, is this Saturday, May 9. 

We have 18 racing categories in the MABRA Road Series. MABRA Road Series Champions in each category will be crowned based on their cumulative results across the eight Road Series events. Series winners will receive a championship jersey and free race entry to all 2027 Road Series events.

Carl Dolan also hosts the one-day road race championship for the Junior U15 boys and girls categories.

Registration is open for several more events in the series - Giro di Coppi Road Race on June 13, GII’s Backyard Boogie on August 9, and Chocolate City Criterium on August 15.

We are excited to partner with , a leader in custom cycling apparel, to supply the champion jerseys that will be awarded to the winners of the 2026 MABRA Road Series and the one-day MABRA championship events for road race, criterium, and time trial.

This year we have four distinct champion jerseys designed in partnership with Verge. The one-day road race champion jersey (left) and the MABRA Road Series champion jersey (right) are pictured here. The Poolesville Road Race is also the MABRA one-day road race category championship for Women’s Elite (Cat. 1/2/3), Men’s Elite (Cat. 1/2/3), Non-Binary Elite (Cat. 1/2/3), Women’s Intermediate (Cat. 3), Men’s Intermediate (Cat. 3), Non-Binary Intermediate (Cat. 3), Women’s Beginner (Cat. 4/Novice), Men’s Beginner (Cat. 4/Novice), and Non-Binary Beginner (Cat. 4/Novice). Winners of each one-day road race championship will recieve one complimentary road race champion jersey. The Poolesville Road Race is also one of the eight events in the MABRA Road Series so series points will also be awarded.

The Carl Dolan Memorial Spring Classic on Saturday, May 9 will host the one-day road race championship for the Junior U15 boys and girls categories.
