"Seven years ago, I had the goal to create a Founding Board for EnventU that would reflect some of the best minds and hearts our event industry had to offer. When it came to our Catering career track, one name came to top-of-mind: BILL HOMAN. A legend and leader not only within catering, but throughout the entire industry. Bill quickly became a champion for EnventU’s mission and the loudest most passionate cheerleader for all our young people that made their way through the program. He believed that our students were one opportunity away from greatness, and freely gave his time, experience, and resources to provide that opportunity with the biggest of smiles on his face."

"Over the weekend, Bill passed away surrounded by those he loved the most. Personally, and as Founder, we feel this loss very deeply at EnventU. Bill is the foundation upon which our catering education was built. His humble spirit is woven throughout every page of every lesson. On behalf of our other Board members, students, supporters, and friends, we extend our deepest condolences to his family and heartfelt thank you to them for sharing Bill with us.
