Connecting Lights

We have read about maturity in so many matters, but digitally Mature?? Did it mean that I know how to use social networks or having a website? Is it about studying or going to college? These concepts amazed us... so we researched and this is what we've found:
What does this mean? “Digital maturity—a measure of an organization's ability to create value through digital—is a key predictor of success for companies launching a digital transformation. ... Businesses with low levels of digital maturity struggle to achieve these benefits.” (Definition by BCG).
So maybe the easier question is: do you know how to create and deliver value through digital?
