I’m Lourdes Rubio, Secretary of NAHREP DC this year, and I’ve been a proud member of NAHREP for many years. From the very beginning, I recognized the value of this organization in understanding Latino markets and supporting our community through one of the most important milestones in life: buying a home.

For me, it’s about more than real estate. It’s about families with dreams, working hard and striving for a better future. It’s about building legacy, creating wealth, and opening doors for future generations.

With more than a decade of experience, she is dedicated to helping families—especially within the Latino community—achieve homeownership through personalized guidance and financial empowerment 💙
As a proud Latina and first-generation American, Stephanie is driven by a passion for breaking barriers and making a meaningful impact in the communities she serves 🏡
Beyond her professional work, Stephanie enjoys creating educational and uplifting content for social media. With over 100 reels produced, she leverages her platform to share positivity, financial insights, and motivation with her audience 😊👏

Meet Laura Grande
NAHREP DC Treasurer 2026 ✨

Laura Grande was born in Lima, Peru, and moved to the United States at age 12, where she later graduated from Arlington County Public Schools. With eight years of experience in real estate, she is licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and holds both ABR and SRS certifications.

Her background in education has shaped her strong communication skills and her dedication to helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.
In addition to her work with clients, Laura serves as a Board Member for NAHREP DC, where she is passionate about educating and empowering other real estate professionals 💙✨
