If you're interested in investing in properties in Baltimore and are ready to visit properties and learn about neighborhoods with investment potential, this event is for you!

On Saturday, May 18th, we will be taking investors on a tour of Baltimore neighborhoods and showcasing properties with investment potential (buy and holds, historic renovations, and Opportunity Zone properties).

We will be picking up investors in DC and taking them to Baltimore for the day to explore and learn about opportunities in Baltimore from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Lunch is included! Tour Fee: $75.00.
