🏛️ Advocacy Milestone: The Seniors Act has officially reached a historic milestone, securing over 290 House and 71 Senate cosponsors! This overwhelming bipartisan support has secured the bill’s placement on the House Consensus Calendar, positioning it for passage this year.

Alongside the Regulatory Relief Coalition (RRC), we are calling on Congress to act swiftly and pass The Improving Seniors’ Timely Access to Care Act (S. 1816/H.R. 3514) into law.

This common-sense legislation will modernize the broken Medicare Advantage (MA) prior authorization process by:

🔍 Strengthening transparency and insurer accountability.
⏱️ Streamlining determinations to prevent delays in medically necessary care.
