Join Dia for an all levels hour and a half workshop, focused on drills to build strength to develop and progress your inversion and arm balance practice.

This workshop will help you master the basics of strength recruitment, straight arm scapular strength, and core stability, laying the groundwork for a successful and solid inversion and arm balance practice.
