WCL Clinical Program

Ellen Aron and Noor Chawla of the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic provided legal advice and tax help at the DC Public Library, under the supervision of Professors Jessica Harris and Christine Speidel and in collaboration with the DC Office of Tax and Revenue.

Ellen and Noor shared, “It was rewarding to offer [these individuals] clarity, guidance, and support. The experience was a powerful reminder of the importance of accessible tax education and advocacy.”
