Depression manifest itself in many forms, 5 years later and I’m not perfect but I’m the best version of myself that I’ve ever been. Now I know my worth, I’ve learned from the struggles, heartbreaks, and bad decisions. I have depression, anxiety, and ADHD (combined type) and here I am today. In a better place with greater faith, greater appreciation for life, and have gained much clarity through this journey. Whatever your goals may be, commit and be consistent. Most importantly have unwavering faith and perseverance. If I’m able to take control of my life anyone can!
