✨Meet Tamika✨

Ms. Williams specializes in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the treatment of children and adults diagnosed with severe mental illness. She is a consultant for several Psychiatric programs in Maryland and is the field instructor for Masters Social Work students at Howard University, Maryland University, Delaware State University and Salisbury University. Ms. Williams is also a Registered Yoga Teacher. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Howard University.

😌Tamika will be at the “Hey BeYoutiful” Workshop discussing prioritizing your mental health, self awareness and self love.
