My plan to workout this morning failed but at least the smoothie was 10/10 😂
Blueberry protein smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
