Our corned beef and pastrami is now available in sliced 1 # packages at our new home, Cinder BBQ.
Feel free to ping me if you would like me to hold some for you. It is available for pick up tuesday-Sunday 1pm - 8pm.

Pastrami!
Oh the weather outside is frightful, and the aroma inside is delightful, and since there's nothing better to do, go get some BBQ... BBQ... BBQ!
Wednesday: Chile de Arbol Glazed Pork Belly Sandwich (with housemade chips)
Thursday: Bill’s Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Friday: Leo’s Crab Cake (with Comeback Sauce and Bourbon Peach Baked Beans)
Saturday: Bone-In Beef Ribs (with choice of side)
Sunday: Hot Pastrami Reuben (in collaboration with Singer's Significant Meats) with housemade chips
Want some PASTRAMI? There is a limited amount of 1lb packages available at MORELAND’S TAVERN in Columbia Heights. Available for take out only (of course). If it runs out, let them know you would like some and we can re-supply them. Thanks and please stay safe and healthy.
