Started my week on a morning walk by the childhood home of Stephen Colbert on his last week It’s here in CHS when at age 10 he lost his dad and two brothers in a plane crash. It formed who he is today— a compassionate, brilliant comedian. A man of faith who can bring comfort in chaotic times. He’s going out with a bang: Obama, Spielberg, Hanks, De Niro, The Boss and the list goes on and on. So many of us go to sleep with his late night humor and my guess, when all is said and done, he will have the last laugh. Well done!
