Hello!!! πŸ“£

We are currently recruiting Host Families in PG County to support youth who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of running away. If you live in a home with easy access to Metro or bus lines, have a compassionate heart, and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to connect with you.

Our Transitional Living Program and Host Homes Program provide safe housing for youth while we work toward family reunification and long-term stability. Your support can change a young person’s life. πŸ’›πŸ

If you or someone you know may be interested, join our next info session: Thursday, December 11th. Scan the QR code on the attached flyer to sign up! If you have questions or want to learn more, feel free to message me directly.

✨ What a Safe Environment Looks Like ✨

A safe environment isn’t just about physical space β€” it’s about how people feel when they are in it. Everyone deserves to be in a place where they feel secure, respected, and supported.

βœ… Respect – People listen to you and value what you say.
βœ… Trust – You can be yourself without fear of judgment or harm.
βœ… Boundaries – Rules and expectations are clear and followed fairly.
βœ… Support – You have someone to turn to if you need help
βœ… Inclusion – Everyone feels welcomed and valued.
βœ… Protection – No bullying, no harm, no unsafe behavior.

🌱 When people feel safe, they are free to grow, learn, and build positive connections. A safe environment builds strong communities, healthy relationships, and brighter futures.

πŸ‘‰ If you, or someone you know, can provide a safe and supportive environment for youth ages 12–21, we are looking for host families to join our program. πŸ’™ Contact us via DM or email [email protected].
