Test your skills on a PEV racetrack built with cones. Fun for all levels. Races will take place later in the afternoon. Classes will be determined based on who shows up. Prizes for winners!

A big thanks to everyone who came out to the 2025 DCESK8 Season Opener this past weekend! We had a Super Sunday filled with an epic Intro2Speed track session in the morning with three exciting races and an afternoon filled with group rides. The community is always what makes DC the best damn esk8 group there is. Thank you to and for providing prizes for our races! Let's have an epic season of rides!

Schedule update for Season Opener! Sadly, rain is in the forecast for Saturday. Rather than postpone the whole weekend, we will do a Super Sunday combining track and group ride events. A huge shout-out to the DCESK8 riders new and old who represented DC on the track at . It was clear the months of training at our Intro2Speed DC events paid off!

1. We were all blown away to see qualify for the Pro finals race in his first race event ever, riding his DIY board. This made him one of the 12th best racers at this year's Esk8Con. We can't wait to see what the future holds for this young rider.

2. One our OGs places third in the Sportsman Division on his Lorentz Major V2. Epic to see a long time DC rider on the podium.

3. progressed this year, qualifying in Pro division on his DIY - a jump from Advance division last year. Big things for Teddy in the future as well.

4. Our padron repped the three stars in the Advance division on a custom race board.
