BreakLine Education

The BreakLine energy was on full display in DC yesterday.
We kicked things off with Coach leading BreakLine Run Club. Nobody hit a PR, and people may have been laughing harder than they were running, but the sense of community grew stronger with every mile, and that energy carried straight into a well-earned Happy Hour.
This is the magic of BreakLine: a community that shows up for each other - in careers, in transitions, and sometimes just for a good run and a great conversation.
Every mile, every introduction, every shared story strengthens the network.
Grateful for this tribe. Let’s keep running (and Happy Hour-ing). 🏃🍻

Let. It. Rip. 🚀🇺🇸We are in beautiful San Diego for our annual, company-wide offsite to launch . As the BreakLine Avengers assemble, we’re gearing up for a week of strategy and stretching with two goals in mind:
Clarity - 100% alignment on BreakLine’s vision, mission, and strategy.
Connection - Topping off our canteens together. Celebrating promotions, outcomes, and the humans that power our mission.
Always one foot on the starting line.
Stay classy, BreakLine! ☀️

Some journeys take you right back where you started — only this time, you're leading the way forward. 🌾
Heath Sinn is headed home to Ames, Iowa, to join as Senior Director of Operations — and this one hits different.
After nearly 20 years leading operations teams across the country, Heath and his wife visited Ames in February and just knew. This wasn't just about a role. It was about roots, purpose, and a company investing deeply in the community that Heath loves.
"It's a transformation. This is exactly where I want to spend the next phase of my career."
Welcome home, Heath. We're so happy for you. ✨

Big news, BreakLine! 🎉
Please join us in celebrating Matthew Escobar, who has just joined Gallatin as a Front End Engineer!
This milestone marks more than a new role — it’s the first time a BreakLiner has joined the Gallatin team, a fast-growing startup redefining defense technology and predictive logistics.
After earning his Computer Science degree from UT Austin, Matthew spent the last two years at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory, developing full-stack systems for defense-focused projects and leading independent R&D efforts like a wireless device geolocation tool.
Matthew was drawn to Gallatin’s mission-driven approach and the opportunity to contribute to next-generation defense solutions. As a Texas native, this move also brings him closer to home and the community that first shaped his drive to build.
We’re so proud to have connected Matthew with this opportunity, and we can’t wait to see what he and the Gallatin team create together.
Congratulations, Matthew — and cheers to our growing partnership with Gallatin! 🚀
