Ben was gaining more confidence and started to offer themed supper clubs (still in his home) which were a huge hit! His guests kept saying he should consider opening a restaurant or starting a catering company, so he finally decided to take the leap and B.Lin Catering was born!

At that time it was hard to believe people might actually pay to have him cook for them but they did! And he and his clients both really enjoyed the experience!
