Our Executive Director, Kevin Evans, was recently invited to a meeting with C.M.S. Director Dr. Mehmet Oz. The focus of this meeting was to discuss the challenges we face in long term care.

This was a significant opportunity for key leaders at NACo to address issues and explore potential solutions to improve our services. It was a productive conversation and we are optimistic about the positive impact this collaboration will have on our long term care practices.

Destiny Wilkins, NACHFa Secretary and member of NACo's Health Steering Committee just presented five resolutions and all passed! We're most grateful for the hard work that Destiny put into this and to the profound support exhibited by the Health Steering Committee. We also thank Blaire Bryant from NACo and Chair Phyllis Randall for their kind and patient mentoring through the process.
