Hyacinths (Hyacinthus) of all colors are blooming now in the gardens. The Victorians revered hyacinths for their sweet, lingering fragrance. Originally a pale blue or violet flower, hyacinth now come in a rainbow of colors. You can find them in now in the Bishop's Garden's Yew Walk and Sundial Bed and throughout the Cathedral Close.
