Somebody in your world deserves this and they are never going to nominate themselves.
The National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) Awards are open for nominations across seven categories, and this year the list covers the whole industry:
• Mortgage Broker of the Year
• New Broker of the Year
• Influencer of the Year
• Young Professional of the Year
• Account Executive of the Year, QM
• Account Executive of the Year, Non-QM
• Service Partner of the Year
The process takes minutes. Pick the category, tell their story, hit submit. Winners are announced in September and recognized in front of the entire industry at NAMB National in Las Vegas, October 16-19.
The deadline is August 15 at 11:59 PM ET, and it will not be extended.

Who came to mind while you read this?
NAMB President Kimber White provides an update on his meeting with the Senate VA Committee discussing the likely passage of HR9237 and potential passage of the Senate companion bill, S4744. NAMB was the first to discuss a possible increase in the recoupment period due to the increase of the VA funding fee on IRRRLs.
