Today, we honor the incredible mothers, grandmothers, mother-figures, and caregivers who nurture, lead, and love unconditionally.

At Southeast Children’s Fund, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and endless dedication of mothers in our communities. Your love builds the foundation for brighter futures, and we are so grateful for all that you do.

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Southeast Children’s Fund — you are appreciated today and every day.

This month, we celebrate the trailblazers who have shaped the Early Childhood Education (ECE) field! Today, we honor Frances J. Rollins, a visionary leader dedicated to uplifting young learners and their communities.

In 1994, Ms. Rollins founded Southeast Children’s Fund, an organization committed to providing high-quality, research-based programs that support the growth and development of young children. Her work has left a lasting impact, ensuring that families in Southeast D.C. have access to effective and equitable early childhood education opportunities.

💡 Her legacy continues to inspire educators, advocates, and families, reinforcing the importance of strong foundations for our youngest learners.

✨ Stay tuned this month as we continue to highlight incredible women making a difference in ECE! ❤️
