RVSP (Right Ventricular Systolic Pressure) measures pressure in the right ventricle during contraction, usually estimated by echocardiogram.

A normal range is 15–30 mmHg. Values above 35–40 mmHg may indicate pulmonary hypertension, valve disease, lung disorders, or right-sided heart strain.

Monitoring RVSP helps detect heart and lung problems early.
