SoooOOOooo...cheesecakes are becoming a thing...This one is Ginger with a Pineapple Passionfruit Swirl and Gingersnap Crust. I have not had the pleasure yet...It is chilling while I watch some Netflix...

Dipped my toe into cheesecake making and ended up putting my whole foot in it...
My first cheesecakes came out SO much better than I could have hoped. Cheesecake will be hitting the menu once I get a couple of flavors mastered. This one, Pistachio with Oreo Pistachio Crust, is perfect in flavor. Ex*****on was close to perfect but I can see ways to improve the shrinking. Otherwise...you will be seeing more of THIS particular cheesecake...🐵💚
