In fact, four Southern states have already started special legislative sessions to eliminate current majority Black districts before this fall’s midterm elections.

This isn’t just about elections. It’s about power — and who gets a say in decisions about our air, water, and energy.

This Cinco de Mayo, we’re thinking about resilience — and the power our communities deserve to shape our future.
