Take Creative Control

IDEA Mississauga has secured a $60,000 grant from Canada’s Regional Innovation Ecosystem Fund to bolster the Step-Up Program, aimed at empowering Black entrepreneurs. This initiative, in collaboration with the Black Entrepreneurship Alliance, Black Creek Community Health Centre, and York University, offers mentorship, advisory services, and community events to support Black-led businesses in overcoming growth barriers and achieving meaningful social and environmental impact.
