You are cordially invited to the 18th National Korean War Veterans Armistice Day reception on Wednesday, July 23rd at the Cannon Caucus Room (390) at the United States House of Representatives to honor the legacy and sacrifices of the more than 1.8 million American Korean War veterans who served in the war and to hope for lasting peace on the Peninsula.

It will feature remarks by honorary co-hosts (U.S. Representative Young Kim, Congresswoman Marilyn Strickland, Congressman Dave Min, and Senator Andy Kim) and other valued Members of Congress, and an award presentation to Korean War Veterans. There will be also be a photo exhibit, various traditional Korean performances including taekwondo and a candle-lighting ceremony at 7:27pm. Light dinner and refreshments will be provided.
