Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill:

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with lemon slices and serve with your favorite side dishes, such as steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.

Spinach and Avocado Smoothie:

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh spinach
1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
1 banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine spinach, avocado, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
