This project reimagined the traditional healthcare environment by creating a welcoming and dignified space focused on serving local families through food access and wellness initiatives. Through thoughtful planning, efficient coordination, and quality craftsmanship, the project reflects a design-forward approach that prioritizes both functionality and community impact.

Since opening, the Unity Health Food Pharmacy has served dozens of families weekly, with future expansion efforts already underway. The project highlights’ ability to deliver socially impactful spaces with the same precision, care, and attention to detail applied across our hospitality and commercial projects.

The project included refreshed corridors and lobby spaces, new lighting, updated carpeting, upgraded hardware, and enhancements to the fitness center — creating a clean, modern environment that elevates the overall resident experience while preserving the timeless character of the building. Through careful coordination, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail, the renovation successfully modernized the property while maintaining the architectural identity that defines Westbridge Condominiums.

The Bridge District Gateway Park project transformed an underutilized site in Southeast DC into a vibrant public green space overlooking the iconic. Located adjacent to—another standout project completed by—the park was designed to promote community engagement through open lawns, a playground, gathering spaces, and inviting public seating areas.

What was once an overlooked parcel now serves as a dynamic gateway connecting residents, visitors, and the surrounding neighborhood. With thoughtfully designed multi-use spaces and scenic bridge views, Bridge District Gateway Park creates an environment centered around connection, activity, and community.

Together with Sandlot DC, the project reflects’ commitment to building spaces that celebrate local identity, enhance the urban landscape, and bring people together.
