Spill at Medical Clinic Hospitalizes Three

Buckeye, AZ - Buckeye FD including their HazMat unit responded to a medical clinic for spill of approximately one liter of phenol inside.

Medics reportedly transported three people to the hospital. A private contractor was called in to clean up the spill.
