This incredible program introduces young women to careers in construction, engineering, and related industries, paving the way for future leaders in these fields.

ACES staff played a crucial role by supporting the event and leading an engaging workshop titled โ€ Students from Augustus Hawkins High School, Jefferson High School, and other schools from South Los Angeles participated. They explored how sustainable design can transform communities, making them healthier and more resilient.

This is more than just an educational experience; it's a step towards empowering young women to become the architects of a sustainable future. If you or someone you know is interested in participating next year, we encourage you to reach out to an ACES representative. Let's build together!
